Well, the quest you get in the Skywalker quests asks you to assist in defeating Darth Vader. That can be easily done. Deal a good amount of damage to Darth Vader and escape the place. If someone else beats him, you’ll also get your quest done. To complete the quest, you don’t need to defeat him. However, if you want to have the Red Lightsaber, you must beat Darth Vader.
While on the Battle Bus, you will see an Imperial flight crossing the bus and lands in Greasy Grove. That’s the location where you can get Darth Vader. This NPC will be found inside Greasy Grove woods. Players can see a bright light there. Darth Vader is one of the most challenging enemies and hits hard. With a larger Shield bar and health pool, this enemy is a pretty difficult deal alone. So, it’s better if you have a friend to back you up.
Once you attack him, Darth Vader can immediately teleport to you or pull you near him. So, it’ll not be easy to maintain distance from him. However, he is weak to the weapon that has the rapid-fire ability. Also, you can use Junk Rifts to deal massive damage to him. Throw it at him, and it’ll damage him significantly. However, Darth Vader blocks incoming attacks with his Lightsaber and throws it at the players. The Red Lightsaber deals massive damage when hit. So, it is always better to attack Darth Vader with a squad. However, if you are a single player, use a car to deal damage to him. Darth Vader can’t deal lots of damage to you if you are inside a car. It’s the best way for the players to defeat Darth Vader and get the Red Lightsaber.
