How to Get the Sha-Chi Furnace Inspection Crank
Sha-Chi Furnace Inspection Crank is one of the significant items that can be acquired during the Primal Stone quest in Phantom Blade Zero. This particular item allows you to open certain types of containers that are available in Sha-Chi Furnace Tower, thus giving you a chance to get some interesting rewards. Also, this crank helps you to receive the Primal Stone that you need for an NPC’s quest.
To get the crank, head to the Sha-Chi Furnace Tower and make your way up the stairs. Keep following the stairs until you reach the top of the tower. Here, you will find a fast travel point and an NPC who gives you a quest to find the Primal Stone.
When you’re done talking to him, keep climbing up until you get to the top part of the tower. There’s a secret spot where you can’t go yet, but you can go to it at a later time after gathering enough items. For now, you have to try to find a way to jump down from the tower.
This way, you can land on the pipes to gather additional items like Remnant Dust. Continue running through the pipes until you see an enemy. Kill the enemy to get the Sha-Chi Furnace Inspection Crank. Once you have it, use the nearby ladder to return to the tower.
How to Use the Sha-Chi Furnace Inspection Crank
Upon receiving the crank, go in search of the console that is connected to the big machine near the tower. Interact with the console and place the crank inside to uncover a secret compartment which will contain the Primal Stone. Grab the stone and head to the top of the tower where the quest giver is located to hand him the item. You will advance his storyline by doing this, and you will encounter him once again in the future course of the game. Remember to take out the crank from the console before going anywhere else.
Where to Use the Sha-Chi Furnace Inspection Crank Again
Later in the game, you will receive the key to the Creek Valley Plains Entrance. You should use it to unlock the entrance close to the bottom of the Sha-Chi Furnace Tower. Enter the room and move down under the tower, then move further. Move to the right side while exploring the area, and then find the entrance to the passage on your left side, which is behind the lift. There is no need for you to use the lift to enter the passage.
Continue moving along the way until you reach another resting place. At that place, there is another place where you can use the Sha-Chi Furnace Inspection Crank in order to open the next container and get the reward. As you have already got this crank before, you can use it here too. You should just make sure that you have it with you after opening the previous container.
