Information Power – Pay for Lieutenant Intel on the Boss Board
In order to finish the Information Power quest, you have to buy intel on a lieutenant at the Boss Board. Go to the lieutenant board and then open the Boss Board menu. There you will see several bosses that are available for buying intel on.
Just hover over the required lieutenant and buy his intel. After that, the quest will be marked as finished. But in case it doesn’t happen and your progress is not updated, don’t worry about it. You can just switch your bought intel to another character.

However, if your purchase does not contribute anything to your mission progress, there is a possible solution that you might want to consider trying. Once you have entered into the game and done everything else except for obtaining the intel, go back to the Boss Board and hover over another lieutenant to purchase or change the intel to him. Kill a Lieutenant
In order to accomplish this quest, you will have to locate and kill a lieutenant anywhere in the world. If you have already purchased intel on a boss, then he should be located somewhere on the map after you start a match. Go there and be ready for battle. Make sure that you have a good weapon and armour before you get into the fight.
If you do not know where to find a lieutenant, then you may also go to a Lieutenant Hunt Tower and climb to its top in order to receive some information regarding the location of a lieutenant. The Scavenger will be a good choice since he is pretty easy to beat. He uses a slow-firing weapon, and thus, it will not be difficult to dodge his shots.
Arms Deal: Purchase a Gun in Gunsmith
