Capes are an effortless method of personalizing your character in Minecraft Dungeons 2. You can acquire various capes in the game through different techniques, such as the Aurora Cape that is a reward for participating in a live stream. Once in possession of a cape, it is very easy to equip it using the Collectibles menu. Here’s how you can get and wear capes in the game.
How to Get Capes
One method of obtaining a cape is through observing Minecraft Dungeons 2 streams on TikTok or Twitch. For instance, the Aurora cape can be achieved through keeping an eye on a Minecraft Dungeons 2 live stream.
To acquire the cape from Twitch, it is necessary to stay tuned for at least 15 minutes. To get the cape from TikTok, a viewing time of 3 minutes must be completed.
After getting the code, it can be redeemed at minecraft.net/redeem.
In order to find the stream from Twitch, the Browse section needs to be opened and the Minecraft Dungeons 2 section has to be accessed. From TikTok, it is necessary to choose the Live option to find the Minecraft Dungeons 2 stream.
Besides this, there are a few other capes to unlock.
- Hero Cape – Log into Minecraft Dungeons and Dungeons 2.

How to Equip Capes
Once you have a cape, open your inventory by pressing I on the PC or Up arrow on controller D-Pad. From there, go to Collectibles and select Capes. You will see the capes available to you. Select the cape you want to use, then exit the menu. The selected cape will be equipped to your character.
