In case you are speculating on whether accepting this offer has its downsides, the answer is negative. So, Cly should be hired by you in Star Wars Zero Company because refusing her invitation means losing a skilled operator, with the added loss of the content which you can get otherwise.
What Do You Get by Hiring Cly?
After becoming a member of Zero Company, Cly will be available as an operator. Her main advantage lies in her high mobility where she utilizes her ability known as Combat Jump. This ability enables Cly to reach the location in an instant, and escape or rescue agents from difficult situations.

Cly is best used as a mobile damage dealer who builds and spends Advantage. Keep her pistol equipped for quick attacks, then use her Jetpack for free movement and knockback, with enough Focus adding Burning.
Hit enemies with Electroweb Darts before following up with Electroweb Surge to stack damage across multiple targets. Her Jetpack can also reposition allies or push them into evac zones, while Bonds and critical-hit upgrades can further boost her damage.
Refusing Cly Has Lasting Consequences
In reality, if you reject Cly at first, there is still hope for her. Upon selecting the Don’t Hire Cly choice, Neesh will urge you to change your mind, but if you go ahead and select the Really Don’t Hire Cly option, after that makes the decision final, causing Cly to leave The Den and never return.
Refusing her therefore not only means that you will be missing out on two exclusive missions from Cly’s story, Best Served Cold and Without Honor or Humanity, but you will also miss out on some special achievements, namely The Mandalorian and Word of Honor.
