The mission of the Vow of Silence in Ghost Recon Wildlands: Last Rites involves finding and questioning a high-ranking cultist who resides in an enemy camp. The location of this cultist may prove to be difficult due to the many traps and enemy presence that exist in this place. In this guide, we will tell you the easiest way to reach the cultist, take out the nearby enemies without raising the alarm, and safely complete the interrogation.
How to Complete Vow of Silence Mission
The cultist is standing in the rear of the base, right near a mortar, located outdoors on the second floor of the building. You would automatically get here as part of the And Your Enemies Closer mission. To get to the second floor, it will be quite hard because there are lots of trip wires and bear traps. Besides, there are some additional enemies supporting each other from the room under him.
First, you need to scout the area with the help of the drone. Mark all the enemies patrolling near the base from the outside, and then let your AI team members handle them. When they finish killing them, tell your team to stay there while you go in alone.
Interrogating the Cultist
Follow the route that runs along the left part of the huge building. Go carefully and disable all the tripwires as you proceed. That will enable you to evade the alarm. After getting to the walkway on the left side, stay and deploy your drone again. Scan for the enemies in the room located under the location of the cultist. Since there are three enemies here, mark all of them and then get rid of them by using the Sync Shot.
Next, go up the walkway and head towards the corner next to the cultist. Arm yourself with the flashbang grenade and then toss it close to the cultist. He will be stunned by the flashbang grenade, hence making it possible for you to pick him up before he counters you or triggers the mortar.
Carry the cultist and take him somewhere else away from the location. Make sure that there are no more enemies in the area before interrogating the cultist. Once the interrogation is over, the Vow of Silence mission will be complete.
