When there is still time before the mist engulfs the map, ghostly chimes appear at the designated points. To gain access to them, one must find the Spirit Tree in the area and establish connection with butterflies there. After that, the player can trace the returning woodling.
Once the woodling is defeated, one must loot its body for the ability to enter the extraction process. Ringing the bell alerts nearby players to your location, so be prepared for the possibility of other players approaching the area. If the magical spell is successfully channeled, a golden portal will appear above the character allowing for the extraction.

How Extraction Works on Brander Guard
Brander Guard uses a different extraction method. In place of the abrupt collapse that takes place across the map, the Gylden Mist diminishes in stages, which makes the space for playing continuously smaller.
