Guidance From Above is a Wandering Tales side quest in Where Winds Meet which involves the player retrieving a broken wooden eagle by collecting its missing pieces. How to Unlock Guidance From Above
To begin the Guidance From Above Wandering Tale, you’ll need to start by heading over to Millennium Crossing in the Shenze region of Hidden Mountain. Make sure to change the in-game time to Chen Hour and find Liu Sanmei close to the Millennium Crossing Landmark Teleporter to start the mission.
Recover the Wingless Wooden Eagle
Upon accepting the quest, go to the campfire nearby and then proceed to the small house with a yard beside it. You’ll need to search the area for the Wingless Wooden Eagle which is the first item needed in the quest.
Once found, return to Liu Sanmei and give him the eagle. If you do not progress in the quest after choosing the item, choose the Wingless Wooden Eagle again since it might fail to get registered the first time.
Find Both Severed Eagle Wings
After talking to Liu Sanmei again about the mission, you will be tasked with retrieving two lost wings. Using the Wind Sense ability while traveling northwest from Liu Sanmei’s location will help you easily locate the nearby stone mountain where you will find a man and an infant resting on the grass.
The first Severed Eagle Wing can be found on the rocks to the right of the pair. Once you take the first eagle wing, go back to the same place and look to the left and then climb up the rocks to find the second Severed Eagle Wing.
Return to Liu Sanmei
Once you have acquired both wings, go back to the Millennium Crossing. If Liu Sanmei is not yet there, skip a day in-game at Si Hour. Speak with Liu Sanmei again and give both Severed Eagle Wings to him for completing the Wandering Tale.
