Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred contains a simple storyline quest called Hellborn Grove. You’ll be exploring the areas where enemies reside and where the Morlun invasion has originated, as well as looking for a ritual site in the northeast. This guide covers the full quest path, including where to go, how to find the ritual site, and how to defeat the Molten Conjurer.
Travel to the Source of the Signal Horn
To start the Hellborn Grove quest on Diablo 4, travel to East Bluff on your map and then move south to look for where the Amazon signal horn has originated from. This area has numerous monsters that you can fight to build extra XP; however, the amount of XP that you would receive will be quite average, so you can also ignore most fights and continue moving toward the objective.
As you progress, you will eventually reach the area with the Amazonians before continuing farther toward the source of the Morlun invasion.
Find the Ritual Site
Go northward as you traverse to the next area. During this section, dialogues will also explain how Mephisto could have taken down an entire country if he wanted to do so with all the Morlun available; however, he is using them to prevent you from getting to Lilith.
Continue to follow your objective to the northeast portion of the map to reach the final area (where you will find the site of the ritual along with the bloodway leading to the spot connected to the invasion). Upon discovering the site, you will reach the final part of the quest.
Defeat the Molten Conjurer
Your first task is to defeat the Molten Conjurer at its ritual site. This boss does not possess a very difficult moveset compared to the other bosses encountered throughout the game. The Molten Conjurer has two standard forms of attack, providing for a very basic fight between players and the boss.
Once you have successfully killed the Molten Conjurer, you will complete the Hellborn Grove quest. After defeating the boss you will receive items of loot and a large sum of gold as rewards.
