Unlocking powerful gear in Crimson Desert requires more than simple exploration. The Sword of Starlight and Baltheon Armor are tied to unique quests, progression systems, and region-based rewards. This guide walks you through exactly where to go, what to complete, and how to secure both of these valuable items efficiently.
Sword of Starlight Location
To get the Sword of Starlight, you’ll first need to complete the Constellations quest where you’ll need to find all 13 constellations that can be found throughout the map. To get the sword, you’ll need to make your way to the Jijeong Temple Pagoda which is south of Demeniss. You’ll need to go to the temple as Damien. In front of the temple, you’ll find a big rock. Walk up to the rock and it’ll trigger a cutscene after which the rock will get shattered and you’ll get the Sword of Starlight.
Baltheon Armor Location
To get the Baltheon Armor, you’ll need to make your way to Rhett in Hernand. He’s an equipment vendor but the armor you need is locked behind Prestige. This is a new addition in the game and is available in the new update. What you’ll need to do for this is get the Contribution Crown of the region in order to get the Prestige items from the vendors.
You can buy the Crown for 70 Contribution Points from the Hernand Castle Contribution Shop, which is earned through bounties and faction quests. Equip it, then visit the Equipment Shop in Hernand Town to unlock and obtain the Baltheon Armor.
