How to Get Married
In the Sengoku Dynasty, to marry and eventually start a family, you need to win the trust of a villager of the opposite sex, as both of you are refugees and your potential spouse won’t commit easily. First, reach Dynasty Level 8 to show your commitment. Then, express your interest to a villager and gather 20 flowers, like Yellow Chrysanthemums, to give to them as a gesture of goodwill. Next, prepare 2 Vegetable Meals and 2 Sake to further show your care. To progress, unlock and build a Tailor Shop, then unlock and craft Elite Clothes (requiring 1,200 Coins and 40 Linen). Finally, collect 5,000 Coins. When you’re ready, present the Elite Clothes and the Coins to your partner to confirm your intentions, and you’ll be married.
In the Sengoku Dynasty, starting a family continues after marriage with the “Family Quest.” To begin, talk to your spouse about having children. Once you decide to grow your family, you’ll need to support your spouse by providing various items, like medicine or luxury goods, over time. This process will repeat through several steps, often taking multiple in-game years. While waiting for each stage to progress, it’s a good idea to focus on managing and improving your village.
