  • Bloodstained Bracelet
  • Filthy Bracelet

Where to find the Marked Bracelet

The Marked Bracelet is in the Medical Records Room on the first floor, but it’s not easy to get to. You’ll need to find a different way to get there. It’s the easiest bracelet to get, so it’s a good place to start.

  1. Get the L1 Room Key from the table in the Nurses’ Lounge on the second floor.
  2. Use the key to unlock Room L1 on the second floor.
  3. Push the cart up against the wall in Room L1 and climb up into the Utility Room.
  4. Climb through the hole in the wall and slide down through the walls of the building.
  5. You’ll end up back on the first floor in the Medical Records Room.
  6. The Marked Bracelet is in the northwest corner of the Medical Records Room.

Where to find the Bloodstained Bracelet

The Bloodstained Bracelet is in the pool on the first floor, but you can’t just get it. You’ll need to drain the pool first.

  1. Get the Bent Needle from the Teddy Bear in the Women’s Locker Room on the second floor.
  2. Get the 1F Inner Ward Key from the X-Ray Room on the third floor.
  3. Use the key to unlock the hallway door between the Locker Room and Restroom on the first floor.
  4. Go through the Dayroom and Pharmacy into the Greenhouse.
  5. Go through the Shower Room and grab the Medical Tubing from the sink.
  6. Combine the Medical Tubing and Bent Needle to get the “Medical Tubing with Bent Needle attached.”
  7. Use the Tubing/Needle on the Drain in the Pharmacy to get the Maintenance Key.
  8. Use the Maintenance Key on the Pool Pump Hatch to drain the pool.
  9. Smash the wall on the South side of the pool where the eye is marked.
  10. Interact with the hole to get the Bloodstained Bracelet.

Where to find the Filthy Bracelet

The Filthy Bracelet is in Room D1 on the third floor. To get it, you need to solve the X-Ray Viewer Puzzle. Once you solve it, the X-Ray Viewer will give you the code for the combination lock on the door of Room D1.

  1. Go to the third floor and enter the code 4-37-12 into the combination lock to open Room D1.
  2. Interact with the bed to pull back the sheet.
  3. Pick up the Filthy Bracelet from underneath the bed.

How to Solve the Hand Puzzle in the Director’s Office

We’ve put all three bracelets on the hand in the Director’s Office. Now we need to figure out the right order and where to put them on the wrist. The hand has the same marks on it as the bracelets. The top of the wrist has bloodstains and cuts, the middle has pen marks, and the bottom looks like brown mold. Now you need to twist the bracelets around. On the wrist, there’s a part where the paint is chipped. You need to put the readable parts of each bracelet together so that you can see their numbers in a row. Twist them until they read 92, 45, and 71 from top to bottom. Put them on the hand in this order from top to bottom:

  • Bloodstained (number 92 facing forward)
  • Marked (number 45 facing forward)
  • Filthy (number 71 facing forward)
