To craft an electric fence, all you need is 7x forged iron, 3x electrical parts, and 25x electrical traps magazine. Take these items to the workbench to craft the electric fence. While placing the fence, it can go up to 14 blocks. You will require a battery, motor, and a generator. Power up the battery by placing the motor into the generator and turning it on. Next, take the electric wire from the battery and run it through the electric pole. Ensure that the poles and wire run over a smooth platform, as any hindrances can cause the wire to run too low or too high above
Zombies or players who walk into the electric fence will get the Shocked status effect and will take damage overtime. This will cause them to be slower or immobile for a while. Zombies do gain temporary immunity from being shocked again, but players can still get shocked as long as they stay close to the wire. Each time the electric fence zaps an enemy, it will take damage and reduce its durability. This can easily be repaired if you have enough Electrical Parts and Forged Iron.
