To find the Bunker as well as the Bunker Access Card, make your way to Dayton Wetlands. The bunker is located at Aiden’s Hideout (6688, -4952). Of course, once you get to this area, you will find a locked door as well as several enemies guarding the place. Defeat the enemies, then make your way southwest (6417, -5129) to the central area of Throughville.

Look around for a purple glow, which is where the access card is located. If you don’t find it in the open, then you have to defeat enemies within this area to get it as a drop. Usually the enemies near the yellow school bus have a high chance of dropping the Bunker Access Card. You can then make your way back to the bunker to use the card. Inside there is tons of loot as well as enemies lurking within, so be on a lookout for danger once inside
