While exploring either the normal or hard maps in Hagios, you can spot two types of Monster Missions. Namely, you can participate in Old Mystery or The Haven Mission Monster quests. Set your server to private before you begin so you can work on your own and farm. Whichever mission you pick, halfway through the objective you will find that the mini bosses start to spawn
Usually they start spawning when you get the Destroy Kuiper Ores objective. The key here is to not complete the objective so the mini boss keeps respawning after you defeat it. That way, you can keep farming the boss drops for Heat Plasma Batteries.
