To unlock the Ultimate Valby Code, you need to first unlock Hard Mode, since you need to fight some of the Hard Mode Void Intercept bosses for this one. You need to collect the Amorphous Material Pattern: 087-Mutant AA or 125-Mutant AA. You can get both by playing the Quarantine Zone missions in Fortress (Hard). Take the pattern to the respective Void Intercept bosses and unlock it using the Reconstructed Device. You need to fight Pyromaniac to unlock the 087-Mutant AA pattern, or fight Molten Fortress/ Gluttony to unlock 125-Mutant AA. The chances of getting 125-Mutant AA is higher, as it has a 20% drop rate from doing the mission.

Another place you have a chance to get the Ultimate Valby Code is by completing the Abyssal Void Fusion Reactor mission or the Vulgus Strategic Outpost mission in Hagios. This mission appears under Hard Mode, and after completing it you can claim the 110 Mutant AA Amorphous Material Pattern. Again, use the Reconstructed Device that spawns at the end of the mission to claim the Ultimate Valby code
