As per the clues given, you need to make your way to Echo Swamp and visit a certain area here. If you haven’t unlocked Echo Swamp yet, you can do so by completing the main story missions. After unlocking Echo Swamp, make your way to the Derelict Convert area. You can find this on the north side of the map. Once you reach this area, make your way northwest towards the trees at a distance

Use your grapple hook and make your way over to the treehouses on the tree tops. One of the treehouses will have the journal. You need to climb up to the very top of the treehouse to locate them. The journal can be found on the topmost ledge of the tree house. Use the elevators swinging between the treehouses to get from one place to another and get the journal
