You need to complete the Seed Vault in Echo Swamp to collect the Amorphous Material Pattern 022. Take the material and enter the void intercept event. Fight the Dead Bride boss with the pattern on you to collect the Nano Tube blueprint in the end
How to Get Divine Punishment Synthetic Fiber Blueprint
For this one, you need to collect the Amorphous Material Pattern 010. This can be obtained by completing the quest Unknown Laboratory in Sterile Land. Take the pattern and fight Stunning Beauty void intercept boss to collect the next blueprint
How to Get Divine Punishment Blueprint
Collect the Amorphous Material Pattern 014 from one of the Void Fusion Reactor missions. Under the Normal missions in Vesper, this pattern is linked to the Vespers Lost Supply Depot. You can also complete the Zone Recon Mission here to get a better chance of obtaining the pattern and ultimately unlocking this blueprint
How to Get Divine Punishment Polymer Syncytium Blueprint
You can get the polymer by completing the main missions and exploring all the regions. These are the easiest parts to get so you might already have a collection of them
Take all the blueprint parts and start crafting the Divine Punishment weapon. You can then equip it and use it as you would any other weapon
