To find the House of Wonders, make your way to the pier on the east side of Central Plains. It can be found south of Tiderise Cliff. Once you reach the pier, you will spot several chests. Interact with one of them to learn more about the House of Wonders. Of course, you cannot unlock the chest right now, as you need to enter the lucky draw. For that, talk to the Treasure Store’s Hostess standing nearby. She will require 5 pieces of fish for you to enter the draw. If you don’t have fish, you can find it while diving into lakes and rivers. Swim around for a bit and interact with the fish to collect it.
You need 5 fishes to play the draw. Hand over the fish to the Hostess so you can pick one chest to unlock. But before you do that, make your way up the wooden pier in the area. You will find a cat on the pier near the wooden crates. Interact with the cat and feed it 1x raw meat. You can collect meat from killing wildlife on your journey. After feeding the meat, follow the cat and she will point you to the correct chest to unlock. Open the chest and claim your rewards
