  • Use an Ethernet Cable: you can try to switch to an Ethernet Cable to have a more stable connection. You can also try to use a new network or a hotspot to see if the game can launch
  • Contact Customer Support: The issue of Hellblade 2 crashing could be because of faulty hardware. You can contact the Microsoft or Xbox support team to have your hardware replaced if under warranty
  • Check for updates: If your Xbox and game version is not up to date, then you will have to check for any pending update by heading over to Settings > System > Updates and My Games and Apps > Updates
  • Clear Cache: Press and hold down the console’s power button for 10 seconds. Once it is off, unplug the power cable from the console and wait another 10 seconds. Plug it back in and power up the console, then try launching the game
  • Reset to Factory Settings: Before doing this, it is best to do a backup of any files you require. Then go to Settings > System > Console info > Reset
  • Ensure proper ventilation: Make sure your console has enough space for ventilation and avoid overheating. Remove any third party external accessories that help with ventilation, as they can cause hampering of the airflow. You can also shut down any system applications like background apps and games to reduce the system load and avoid overheating
  • Change resolution: If the crashing occurs because of faulty resolution, then you can try changing it. On Xbox, go to Settings > TV and Display > Set resolution to 1080 > Click on Advanced options > Video Modes > Uncheck Allow 4K and HDR 10. Restart Console once done. If using an external HD, try shifting all games to console storage and removing the hard drive
  • Change profiles: You can try creating a new profile and then download and run the game on that. You can also try to re-login to your profile after removing it
  • Delete local save: To do this, go to My Games and Apps on your Xbox settings. Go to See All > Games > Select game title > Press menu button on controller > Manage Game and Add Ons > Saved Data. Delete the saved data and restart the console. After that, re-sync all saved games to the cloud.

If none of the above tips help, then it is best to contact customer support. It could be a hardware problem or server problem that is causing Hellblade 2 to crash, so it is best to raise a ticket with them
