If you are still new to the game, it is best to team up with other players within your faction before you head out and complete Handshake’s quest. Whenever you are ready, deploy into the make and make your way to the nearest faction town. Depending on your faction, you will either get Nam Thaven, Kiu Vongsa, or Pha Lang. Once you load into the map, you have to locate the marketplace within the town. Luckily, the marketplace is right in the middle of the town, and you can easily identify it as a large building marked as a POI. Make your way over there and investigate the inside to find the boss. The boss spawns randomly inside the marketplace, so explore all the nooks to find him.
You can quickly take the criminal leader down while in a group, but the last one to land the killing hit will be the one who completes the task. You and your team can take turns completing the task by killing the boss, then walking away to a different location way outside of town, then returning to the marketplace after an hour or so. You will get notified by a voice note when the boss respawns, so make your way over there and repeat the process. The boss respawns when you are away for quite a duration of time, so this is a quick way for your team to complete this task together. Return to Handshake once the leader is dead to claim your rewards.
