If you decide to give the ledger to Erza, you will receive Avarice Gloves. This glove is great for elemental damage and resistance as well as leech rate. Below are all the stats for this glove

  • 3% Elemental Damage leeched as health
  • 30% Increased Leech Rate
  • +13% Elemental Resistance

Give ledger to Artem

Giving the ledger to Artem will reward you with Gambler’s Fallacy Amulet. The amulet grants critical strike rates and critical strike chances. 

  • +100% Critical strike chance if you have not dealt a critical strike recently
  • 50% less critical strike chance if you have dealt a critical strike recently
  • 11 Health Gain on Crit

Who should keep the ledger?

For early gameplay, it is best to give the ledger to Erza, since you will be dealing with a lot of elemental damage and attacks. But later on, it is best to swap it out. Both of the above items do not scale to legendary, so you can use them temporarily before switching them to something better.
