After reaching The Haven, you can stop here and explore the stores and talk to The Mage, or continue onwards to Lower City. There are plenty of traps you need to cross over before you reach the area with a giant water wheel. You need to turn the water wheel to push water to the lower wheels on the right and unlock the door ahead.
To do this, first hang on to the lower pole on the water wheel and propel yourself up to the pole on the top left. Once you reach the top left pole, propel yourself against the left wall and attack the lever on top.
Jump down and step on the pressure plate on the left side to rotate the wheel to the right. Step away from the plate once the left side pole on the wheel is now at the bottom and the bottom pole is on the right side. Again grab on to the lower pole and propel yourself to the pole on the right. Jump up and hit the lever, then go down again.
Step on the pressure plate on the right side and watch the main water wheel as well as the mini water wheels on the right start to rotate. You need to keep stepping on the plate till the pole on the mini wheel is at the 12 o’clock position, and the poles on the main big wheel are at 6 o’clock and 3 o’clock positions. Now again propel yourself from the lower pole, to the right side pole, and jump and grab the pole on the mini wheel. Time your jump to reach the top of the right side wall and pull the lever. The door below you will open up, giving you access to move towards the boss area.
