To get Fire Seeds, make your way to the Upper Plains region. There are two places where you can get the superior variety of Fire Seeds. One of the places you can check is Greatheart Lake and Celebration Arches. Greatheart Lake can be found in the Mother of Rivers sub-region, under the Windswept Grasslands biome. You can find a couple of Fire Seeds near the Sheltered Shore Resistance Field Lab, but you need to scavenge quite a bit here. The plants around this location can give you either the Fine variety or Superior variety of Fire Seeds, so travel the plains to find more rare Fire Seed varieties. If you want a higher chance of getting Superior Fire Seeds, then Celebration Arches in The Celebration Valley sub-region under Crimson Trees Biome. The spawning of Superior Fire Seeds is greater here.
To harvest Fire Seeds, you need to attack it with your weapon to make it explode and open up. You can use your bow and arrow to shoot it from a distance. Once the flames die out, you can go ahead and pluck the seeds. The conditions you need to meet are Pristine and Dry.
