The newest campaign missions for MW3 is here, and with it you can claim some new trophies and achievements. While some achievements are easy to get, others might require you to figure it out on your own. One of the harder achievements to unlock is the Hitchhiker trophy, which requires you to defuse the bomb on the truck in ‘Gora Dam’ while it is in motion. You can unlock this trophy quite early in the game. Once you load into Gora Dam campaign mission, wait for the starting cutscene to be over. From your starting point on top of the dam, glide down towards the south side of the map using your parachute. You should try and aim your landing on the building’s roof at the bottom of the dam’s ramp. You can find the building on the right side of the ramp. Once you are on the roof, you can take out the sniper on the northwest side, standing on one of the dam’s rafters. There is a guard you can shoot on the road below too. You can clear them out, or you can just wait for the truck to pass under you and complete the objective.
You can find the truck approaching your location from the map. Position yourself on the ledge of the building’s roof, then wait for it to come under you. Quickly jump on the back of the truck and disarm the bomb to get the achievement. It doesn’t matter if you are spotted, as long as you complete the objective, you will unlock the trophy.
