After talking to Uncle Aaron, you will be sent off to a marked location. Once you reach, Aaron will tell you that you need to scan the area for Prowler’s code. Press L2 to start the scanning process. Walk around the area while the scanner is active and it will start beeping rapidly in a certain location. Get closer and you will spot some green sparks that will gather together in a certain location. You need to solve a minigame here where you have to place the yellow circle within the gray box. Press L2 and R2 to move the circles and hold the circle within the box.

This will reveal a marked location. You need to move a panel and place it within the marked location. Press L1 and R1 on the panel next to the marker to drag it. There is another gate behind it. Press L2 to scan again and solve the mini game. Once that is done, again move the panel to the top where the marked location is. You can now get inside the location and find Prowler’s stash.
