You can find the Elfsong Tavern after making your way to Baldur’s Gate. From the Basilisk Gate, head west till you reach the Tavern’s entrance. You can also get here as part of the quest from the Emperor. Once you are here, if you are seeking accommodation, make your way to the common room. There is a bar section at the back. Speak to the bartender, Alan Alyth, to get a room. For 200 gold, you can claim the entire upper floor for yourself. You can also try to get the room for free if you can pass the persuasion, perception, and intimidation checks.
After claiming the top floor, you can look around and interact with the items here. The dumbwaiter can hand out camping supplies and gold if you interact with it at night. Also, instead of spawning at your camp in the overworld, you will now appear inside the Elfsong Tavern if you need to rest.
