To locate the Tacet Field, you need to make your way to the Wuming Bay Corroded Ruins Resonance Beacon first. This beacon can be found southeast of Tiger’s Maw Mine, but it is underground. To get here, make your way to the above location and enter the cave at the mouth of the river. The cave will take you underground towards the beacon. Keep going south till you reach Corroded Ruins and activate the beacon.

From there, keep heading south while still underground. You will soon reach the edge of the cliff and you have to glide further down. Once you reach the ground, turn north to find the cave entrance. Enter this and keep going till you reach a boulder with markings on it. Destroy the boulder and enter the new cave entrance. Keep going till you reach the battle area, and you have now unlocked the hidden Tacet Field.
