· If you give the Potion to Nepheli – Consequences
If you decide to give the potion to Nepheli, you will get Dolores Puppet Ashes, but you’ll lose Nepheli’s Questline. If you don’t want Nepheli’s Questline and only want to continue with Seluvis’ questline, you can find Nepheli in the Roundtable Hold Basement area and hand over the potion to her.
· If You Don’t Give the Potion to Nepheli – Consequences
If you choose not to give it to Nepheli, you should go to Gideon’s Room at Roundtable Hold and interact with him. He will inform you that Nepheli is his daughter. You can tell him about the potion then, and he will suggest to destroy the potion. Next, you have to convince Seluvis that you have given the potion to Nepheli, and you can continue with both Seluvis’ Questline and Nepheli’s Questline.
So, of course, it is better not to give the potion to Nepheli. That’s the correct choice. If you give it, you’ll lose Nepheli’s quest. But if you don’t give it, you can have both the questlines.
