Reunion is the third major story quest found in Chapter Two of Where Winds Meet. It introduces some familiar faces into the story once more as it further deepens the mystery of the missing Treasure Basin. This story quest takes players through the back alleys of Kaifeng before eventually landing on an insight that connects everything.

Beginning the Reunion Quest
Wait for Chen Hour, then proceed to the Forsaken Quarter to talk with the Ferryman. Follow the orders prompted by the clue you were given, which should direct you to Hong Si’s Scroll.
It is impossible to resist the scroll theft, which automatically initiates a chase sequence. Finish the quick time events in that chase, and you’ll tumble into Granny Turtle’s house.
Granny Turtle & Ghost Market
Talk to Granny Turtle in her house. She will tell you a tale that implies one way to get into the Ghost Market. Once that is achieved, proceed outside to speak with Yingying.
Now, go down through the nearby alleyway and use the “Wind Sense” capability for tracking Little Fu. She will leave footprints that you need to follow until they end at a building, then examine the suspicious barrel to the right of it. Continue talking to her until she escapes.

Examining the Widow’s Debt
After Little Fu takes off, go outside to get the woman’s bag that she dropped. Go back to Granny Turtle’s house to hear the resolution of the debt issue.
Before you head out, search the house thoroughly. Inside, there are three things that you must look for. Once you are finished with that, meet Yingying outside.
Rooftop Meeting and the Final Deduction
After eating the meal, climb up to the roof to talk with Zhao. This event triggers the final deduction sequence, where you must solve who is ultimately responsible for the theft of the Treasure Basin.
