To find the Snow Globe, you must locate the Empty House boss inside Securement Silo – PSI. You can find Silo PSI in Red Sands (2523, -2574). This is a level 45 location, so you need to be prepared to face the dangers within. At the end of the Silo is the Empty Fridge boss, which is a level 45 boss. Defeating this boss will summon the Snow Globe deviant. To defeat the Empty House, first shoot it down when you encounter it so that the white bar under its health bar gets depleted

Next, pick up some ice picks around the area and make your way up the stairs on either side. You need to break the ice wall outside the generator using the ice pick, then shoot the generator inside to destroy it. Repeat this step for the other side. Once both the generators are down, you can easily shoot the Empty Fridge and destroy it now. After dealing with the boss, the Snow Globe deviant will spawn and you can capture it and take it to a securement unit at your base
