Where to Find Key on the Key on The Island?
Finding this key will be crucial if you want to advance in the storyline. The key can be found somewhere on the island where someone is being held, hostage. Go up the mountain where your quest is located; it will be directly adjacent to the chest with the key.
This path will lead you up to a very large stone fire pile. Use your axe to destroy it, and your hook to drag it away until you reach a small ledge made of stones. Go straight on this path until you reach it. Use your axe again and move the fire pile out of the way with your hooks before continuing past it.
As you follow the path and follow what used to be its trajectory, you’ll see another small stone ledge just ahead – but keep going around since there will be yet another huge rock blocking your way.
When you start, look for some walkable terrain where you can ascend upwards. If there aren’t any available paths then move forward until the path on your left has a metal fence blocking it off. After crossing over onto the other side of this walled-off pathway, search for an area with a large lever contraption; this is what we’re looking for now. With one hand on this puller and another holding onto an axe or knife – whack away at the wooden pillar directly above the floor’s descending platform.
Now, after you have slid off the levers and walked along those ledges where you first came here – instead of turning left, go right. Keep jumping to the right until you reach the elevator itself, but don’t stop there. You’ll need to move quickly enough that the ice-covered circle below will remain frozen before moving onto it. As soon as you’ve reached it – press Circle to summon your blades of chaos. Jump back onto the circular platform above, then jump down onto the wooden floor below when prompted by Circle.
Once you get down there, you will find an easy boss waiting for you. Inside this area, one of the chests holds a mini-boss who has the key to open it. Once he has been defeated, grab the key.
