Growshrooms is one the easiest early game deviants to get your hands on, so you can do this as soon as possible. To find Growshrooms, you can either check out mushroom farming spots in the overworld, or grow mushrooms at your field and harvest them. Growshrooms can be spotted while harvesting mushrooms, but the chances of obtaining it is random. You can farm Growshrooms in regions as early as Broken Delta region.
If you travel to the train tracks at 5293, -5972, you can spot several mushrooms growing along the edge of the tracks. Pick up the mushrooms and get a chance of owning growshrooms. You can also plant mushrooms at your farming plot and harvest them to get growshrooms.
