The final mission in Crime Scene Cleaner is Call in Dead. The main objective of this mission is to clean up Big Jim’s Warehouse. You have to share a plethora of puzzles, look for evidence in every nook and cranny of the map and find out all the bodies spread across the warehouse.
On your path of progression, you’ll end up unveiling a bunch of secrets too. There are also several collectables spread throughout the map. One such item to collect during this mission is the keycards. There are more than a few cards, but the highlight of this guide is the Crane Keycard. However, what is the use of this card and most importantly, where can it be found?
How Many Keycards Are There in This Mission?
The Control Room is located on the first floor of the hall. You can use the bridge to access this area, which is equipped with a few control panels. You can also notice the words “Control Room” engraved into the glass windows above.
There are five control panels in this room, which can be operated with the help of a lever and keycards.
This clarifies that there are a total of five keycards in this mission.
Location of the Keycards
However, please note that not all five panels are accessible at the same time. Only three panels can be used at once.
But where do you find these keycards?
- Conveyor Belt Keycard
Colour: Green Card
Location: Can be found near the body jammed on the conveyor belt.
- Hatch Keycard
Colour: Blue Card
Location: In the Storage Room.
- Elevator Keycard
Colour: Orange Card
Location: In the Sorting Room.
- Crane Keycard
Colour: Yellow Card
Location: At the Top Level Container Lot.
The light card is already operational, and going over the limit of the three operational panels at once will result in the system getting fused, shutting down the power generator.
There are two locked doors in the Control Room that can only be unlocked with a keycard for elevator access. You can enter the storage room by either hacking it from this side or the other side, through the Workspace Office.
Crane Keycard Location During Call in Dead Mission in Crime Scene Cleaner
You have to go through the Hall on the First Floor to access the bottom level of The Container Lot. Walk up beside the yellow container through the Office, which is on the second floor. Once you’ve reached the Office, there are two options for you:
- You can use the yellow ladder to go down to the Bottom Level.
- Collect more evidence inside the yellow container near the crane magnet.
Once the yellow container is lifted, you can have the entire access to the Bottom Level. Besides the Lower Level, you can fill up your cleaning bucket with the help of a water spigot.
The Yellow Crane Keycard can be found in this location, next to one of the bodies at the back.
Use of the Yellow Crane Keycard
You can activate the Crane with the help of this Yellow Keycard from the Control Room. You must have two elevators activated to reach the second floor for Crane Controls.
But how to operate the Crane and lift the Yellow Container?
- The control of the Crane features an arrow to move it upwards or downwards.
- There is a red button to activate the magnet, located at the base of the device. It is a prominent button that you can’t miss.
- Navigate the magnet over the yellow container and move it downwards.
- Press the magnet button and lift the container.
You can also move into the container simultaneously and start finding bodies that need cleaning. Once the top level is completed, ensure that you’ve one clue and one piece of evidence remaining. Go into the lifted yellow container and descend into the blue container. You can access it with the help of wooden planks, and the height can be adjusted for more straightforward navigation.
