After defeating the King of Flowing Sands and the Second Prince, you will come across a locked door. You can find this door if you are in Sandgate Village’s Valley of Despair shrine. This is in the Yellow Wind Ridge area of chapter 2. From the shrine, go right and you will find the statue that requires the two key items. Now, you need to get to Fright Cliff and face against two different bosses to get the key items
How to Get Sterness of Stone
From the statue, go right and follow the path that leads to a wooden bridge. Cross the bridge and keep to your left. There is an enemy blocking the stone archway, but you don’t have to engage in battle and can just walk around it. Go through the path and it will turn to the right. Straight ahead is the shrine for Fright Cliff, Squall Hideout. From the shrine, go left and follow the path. Just before the stone archway, turn to your right and go down that path instead
You will soon come across a flight of stairs on your left. Climb up those and keep going to find another flight of stairs on your left. Jump off the ledge and a short distance away you will find the Fright Cliff, Rockrest Flat shrine. From the shrine, keep to your left and cross the archway to find the Stone Vanguard. Defeat the Vanguard to get the Sterness of Stone
How to Get Keeness of Tiger
Head back to the nearest shrine and head over to Valley of Despair. Go through the passage just behind the shrine and enter the cave. Jump down the ledge on your left and go straight till you find a wooden plank for a bridge. Climb up the plank and keep going till you come across a crack in the stone wall. Squeeze through the crack and go down the right side path to find the Crouching Tiger Temple, Temple Entrance shrine
From the shrine, go right and up the stairs to confront the Tiger Vanguard. Defeat the Tiger Vanguard to obtain the Keeness of Tiger. You can now head back to the Valley of Despair and use the two tokens on the statue to gain access to the next area
