A Plague Tale: Requiem is a horror survival game by Asobo Studio where you will need to help two siblings navigate through Southern France in the time of the plague. The children are called Amicia and Hugo, and they are trying their best to survive the hardships and horrors. Hugo needs special attention for his blood disease which causes him to have seizures. Thankfully, there are a lot of items in the game that can help the player help them. How to Get Old Protector’s Items in the Sanctuary in A Plague Tale: Requiem
In the Sanctuary, you will find some items that can help you along your journey. The survival game has some achievements that you can complete, one of which is looking for items. This might seem like an easy task, but there are always those tricky ones that are difficult to get hold of. We will show you where they are.

There are four rooms in the Sanctuary, with plenty of objects that you can interact with. Finding all the required items will unlock an Achievement called the Old Protector Trophy. You will need to interact with the items in each room as listed below. There are a total of 14 objects.
Basilius’ Room
- Bed on the left
- Table with wooden toys next to the other’s room’s door
- Tent in the center of the room
- Wooden horse toy near the entrance
Aelia’s Room
- Armor in the center of the room
- Toys on the right
- Wax tablets on the right of weapon rack
- Weapon rack on the right, next to armor
Alchemy Laboratory
- Chemical flask on the table
- Furnace in the left
- Heating oven near Hugo
- Large aperture on the right of the door
- Shelves with flasks in the corner
Alchemist Library
In this area, you will only need to interact with the scrolls. They are laid over the floor and all over the shelves. Eventually, you will unlock the Old Protector Trophy.
