It is the new desert area named- Gavireh Lavajard. The new boss is located in this area, and players must unlock the area to access Inquisitous Baptist. This area will be unlocked after players interact with the Statue of Seven in Temir Mountain. Once you interact with the Statue of Seven, you will see the new area will be unlocked, and you can access it.
Progress toward the Gate of Zulqarnain, and you will eventually reach the cave entrance, where you will find Inquisitous Baptist. Follow the way to go inside the cave and enter the boss arena. It will summon the boss. Once you find him, beat him to get lots of items, including a newly added item- an Evergloom Ring. It is required for character Assencion, but at this point, no Genshin Impact character requires this item.
