Pokémon Scarlet and Violet: Where to Find Chi-Yu Location
Apart from the usual Pokemon which you will be able to find in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, there are also some special Pokemon called Legendary Pokemon. These are four in number, and you will be able to track them down easily with the right guidance.

Ting-Lu is a new Pokemon, and tracking it down can prove to be a challenge for most. There are some things that you need to do before you can find this Legendary Pokemon, and it isn’t any small task.
The first thing that you need to do if you want to catch Chi-Yu in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, is to remove all of the blue stakes in the Paldea region. There are eight in number which are scattered throughout the area. To make it easier for yourself, you should get all the upgrades for your climbing Pokemon Koraidon or Miraidon as you will need to explore mountainous regions a lot. This is done by completing the Path of Legends quests featuring the Titans, and unlocking every upgrade. After you have all the blue stakes, you will be able to unlock Chi-Yu’s shrine by traveling to it. It is south of North Province Area Two’s Pokémon Center.
The shrine is inside a cave in the southern mountains here, and you will be navigating past some purple rocks. There is a waterfall beside the cave where you will be fighting Chi-Yu. Make sure to prepare well for the fight, and bring Water, Fighting, Ground, and Rock Type Pokemon as the Legendary Pokemon is weak to them.
