Since the early days of playing Call of Duty, players have been able to check their in-game statistics for things like objective time, KD ratio, and performance with individual weapons. This feature has been a staple throughout the franchise but it was noticeably absent at the launch of Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.

The launch of Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 was not successful in maintaining the trend. On the multiplayer side, Combat Records were not available at launch, but they arrived shortly after, allowing players to check their stats at will.

Unfortunately, if you were looking forward to keeping track of your Warzone 2 stats this season, Activision has announced that the Combat Record feature won’t be available during Season 01. The next biggest update for Warzone 2 is just coming up but this setback has been a bit of a disappointment for fans. The much-anticipated Combat Records feature in Warzone 2 has been indefinitely delayed due to accuracy issues with the data population.

Infinity Ward has announced that the release of Warzone 2’s Combat Records feature has been indefinitely delayed due to data population accuracy. This means that not all of the data required to accurately present the leaderboards have been gathered yet.

Players were upset when the Combat Record was first announced since it would only track their stats after activation. They would not be able to make progress before then. Now it seems that this problem has been pushed even further, as even more time will likely pass without their stats being taken into account.

The player community has been angered by the developers’ lack of communication regarding whether or not player statistics will be tracked after the release of the major update. One of the players said: That being said MW2 and WZ2/DMZ are very fun, but the release has been by far the worst functioning cod release in history from a technical perspective.

With the unexpected delay of the Combat Records feature, many are wondering if their statistics will finally start being tracked. The developers have not made it clear when, or if, player statistics will begin to be gathered.

We don’t have a timeline for when this feature will be implemented into the game yet, but the developers are continuing to work on it and will provide an update as soon as possible.
