To find the Velvet Sword of St. Trina, you need to head over to Stone Coffin Fissure in the Fissure region. This can be found way south of the map. If you have visited the location of Putrescent Knight boss, then you would be aware of where you need to go. From the Stone Coffin Fissure site of grace, make your way down and follow the stream to find the Fissure Cross site of grace
From the Fissure Cross site of grace, make your way northwest and jump down the ruins below. Once you reach the ground, look to the east and you will find a secret path that goes under the ruins. Follow the path and you will find something glistening between the rocks at the end of the passage. Pick up the Velvet Sword of St. Trina here while avoiding the silver blob enemies that will drop from the ceiling
