To get the Two Headed Turtle Talisman, you need to make your way just east of Rivermouth Cave. You can find Rivermouth Cave within the Gravesite Plain region. To reach the cave, first make your way to Ellac River Cave site of grace, which is just south of Castle Front site of grace. From there make your way into the cave and travel northwest to north. You will reach a large waterfall and you can walk through it
You will find some worm enemies inside. Defeat them, then walk over to the purple glow emitted from the rock ahead. There is also a turtle roaming near it, so you know you are in the right place. Pick up the Two Headed Turtle Talisman from the rock. You can now use it to increase your stamina recovery speed
