To start farming Advanced Neural Circuits, you need to first defeat the Devourer Void Intercept Boss and unlock the White-night Gulch region. Over here, you will spot several missions within the region, and most of them will spawn elite enemies. You have to defeat the elite enemies to get the Advanced Neural Circuit as a drop. You will just get 3 Advanced Neural Circuits per drop, which isn’t much, but you can always restart the mission and fight the elite enemy to keep farming
The higher your level, the easier it gets to defeat the bosses and enemies quickly within the missions. So this makes reruns very doable, and you can quickly amass a large quantity of Advanced Neural Circuits.
