You will first find Greg during the Sweep the Slumber Valley quest, and he does appear subsequently throughout the game. Luckily, you can bring some friends with you to make this fight easier. If you don’t want to deal with Greg up-close, you can use a scope to hit him from afar. There will be other enemies to deal with first, so take care of them and then go for Greg
Sometimes you might find Greg tied with rocky shields. You need to break the shields so that you are able to land some hits. Getting up close to him is the best way to deal with his ranged attacks, otherwise go for a scope. The fight is pretty straightforward, so you won’t have a hard time trying to fight him no matter how many times you encounter him
