Online-only RPG, The Division 2 takes place in the recent future. It follows up on 2016’s Tom Clancy’s The Division.
With the release of Season 10, players will have access to new ‘Stronghold’ missions of legendary level, as well as a plethora of new gear and clothing options to wear while completing them. Everyone who has The Division 2: Warlords of New York can grab this patch for no additional cost.
Why is The Division 2 Premium Credits and Other Items Missing?
Apparently, another glitch has been discovered in The Division 2. The premium credits and stuff from the ‘Paragon Apparel Event’ have allegedly been removed from many accounts.
After logging into The Division 2 today, several players noticed that important items were missing, including premium credits, textile currency, and apparel cache keys.
Furthermore, there appears to be no way to keep track of your progress, since the Apparel Event details continue to state “Next Event Cache Key in 4 levels” even after you have leveled up.
This is true not only for the current competition but also for any apparel items a player may have acquired throughout the course of their playing career.
Uninstalling the game and then reinstalling it, as well as logging in and out of the account multiple times, are not effective solutions to the problem.
Official Statement
The missing ‘Paragon Apparel Event’ items are something the Ubisoft team is aware of and working to fix in The Division 2. Unfortunately, at this time, information about when the issue will be resolved is still scarce. Support for Tom Clancy’s The Division has acknowledged the issue and promised to look into it.
