The Texan is the only and very powerful Ram-2 shotgun, of which any Stalker coming into the Zone would definitely want to get hold of. This anomalous firearm takes the best of a pump-action and double-barreled design, devastating any human or mutant adversary. To get this powerhouse, you’ll have to trek through the treacherous Pripyat, fending off deadly danger and navigating the bunkers.

Texan (Unique Ram-2 Shotgun) Weapon Location

Go to the location provided on the map above. Texan weapon can be found in the bunker in the Jupiter region in Abandoned Science Campus. You will find two Pseudogiants nearby. You can either defeat the two Pseudogiants or can just run past them. Enter the Bunker and move forward then turn left. You will find the Texan weapon on the operating table of the weapon and its ammunition. This is a special type of RAM-2, much stronger than any other RAM-2 you’ll find in The Zone. Just move out of the bunker and run back to a safe place, if you do not want to fight the Pseudogiants. You can upgrade your Ram-2 by visiting the Technician Harpy in Yaniv Station. Her room is right next to your bed and storage, and close to the trader Wreck’s room.
