It’s been close to two weeks since the launch of Starfield if you consider the early access and we finally have the first patch in the game the Starfield Update Version 1.7.29 (13 September 2023). This is a small update and targets some of the main ongoing issues with the game. The devs have promised there will soon be other updates that address some community-reported issues such as Brightness and Contrast controls, HDR Calibration Menu, FOV Slider, Nvidia DLSS Support (PC), 32:9 Ultrawide Monitor Support (PC), and Eat button for food.
Do note that the current update does not address the above issues. But, fortunately, it’s on the to-do list of the developers. Most of these features are expected from any modern game and gamers have been requesting them since day 1. With that said, here are the patch notes for Starfield Update Version 1.7.29
