Located at the top of the stairs leading to the upper level of the Commercial District in New Atlantis, the Valberg Building is right next to the Whetstone. There’s only a little to do inside besides take the lift to the upper floors of Argos Extractors’ headquarters. In Starfield’s prologue, the protagonist worked at this firm. Aside from the foyer and the main Argos office, there are a few likely hiding spots for Walter’s Slate. Once everything has been gathered, you can return to Walter and end the mission.
