You can find Cambridge Cooper in Sixth Circle so make your way over to Cydonia, Mars to find him. After talking to him, he will ask you to make your way to Red Devils HQ and get the Aqueous Hematite Sample. The Red Devils HQ is an abandoned mine in Cydonia, so make your way over there to kill the Spacers and retrieve the sample. Once you have the sample, take the elevator back up to the surface and head over to the Cydonia Central Hub. Return to Cambridge in the Sixth Circle. To find him, from the entrance of the hub, run straight till you reach a flight of stairs going down. Go down and take the elevator on your right. Make your way to P2, then turn right once you are out of the elevator. Take an immediate left to find the entrance to the Sixth Circle. You will find Cambridge standing nearby, and you have to give him your findings to help clear the debt.
