To get the sleepcrate home key, make your way to Neon Core. Over here, you need to find Izna Sundaraman, the woman who runs the Sleepcrate business. You can find her in Ebbiside, after you enter the passage between Enhance! and the Volii Hotel. Once you are through the door, go straight and turn a sharp right to find the Sleepcrate vendor on your right side.
Once you talk to Izan, you get the option to buy a Sleepcrate or rent one. If you are planning on owning a Sleepcrate, you can pay 6500 credits and get the key to one of the shipping containers. To find your Sleepcrate, take the elevator when you go further right, past the Sleepcrate vendor. The elevator will be on your left. Ride the elevator up, then run down the passage to find another elevator at the end. Once you reach the upper floors, follow your marker to find your crate and use your key. The Sleepcrate has one bathroom and one bed, which is enough for one person.
It is best if you save your credits to own a better home. It is much better to rent a sleepcrate instead when you need a place to crash. The Sleepcrate is just a temporary solution, but you should try to buy a better home for yourself later on.
