To get to the Chamber of Ambidexterity, from the Devastated Settlement Meditation Point, hop on the Relter mount and travel to the point where the laser machine is in front of the waterfall. You have to move the machine to place the laser pointer at the entryway to the Chamber of Ambidexterity. If you look off to the cliffs to the distant right side, you will spot three distinct white lines. That is where the chamber is located, and you have to point the laser at the base of those three lines. If you wish to be more specific, place the pointer at the base of the middle line.

Once you are done here, hop on the Relter on your left and make your way over to the chamber. Head inside the chamber and defeat all the enemies inside first. After the chamber is cleared out, use BD-1’s Grinder ability and use it on the laser’s point. Draw the laser to the left side of the chamber, up the stairs, and towards the brambles on the first left door.

You can now head inside and pick up a perk. Don’t forget to scavenge the chamber for more hidden loot before you leave.
